The foundation of our practice philosophy is to prevent dental issues before they occur. This can only be achieved via regular dental examinations to screen for problems, and for us to help educate our patients so that they spend less time at the dentist. Our 15 point dental health check includes screening for oral cancers, gum disease, cavities, tooth wear along with preventative advice.

Fillings & Root Canals

Most patients throughout their life require some dental fillings. Modern day fillings don't have to be unsightly and obvious! Cosmetic options are often invisible to the untrained eye, and can provide many years of use. Root canal treatment (RCT) is required when the nerve inside a tooth becomes inflamed, and painful, and the only other alternative would be to remove the tooth.

A quick glance at any magazine, film, or TV show will show you the power of safe and effective teeth whitening! It's one of the simplest things somebody can do to improve their appearance quickly and safely! Often carried out hand in hand with stain removal, professional teeth whitening is a safe, easy way to whiten your teeth. We have many years experience in providing only the best in teeth whitening technology, at an affordable price!

Many patients prefer to have a fixed option when replacing missing teeth, and a dental bridges provide the perfect solution. Adjacent teeth to a gap are used to 'hang' porcelain replacement teeth. Once fixed nobody would even know they were there ! except us of course!

Sports Mouthguards

Let's face it, accidents happen, especially on the sports field. As the official club dentist of the Huddersfield Giants Rugby League Team, and Huddersfield Town Football Team -nobody understands the importance of protecting teeth more than us! Custom mouthguards can be made in your team colours to match any club and could just make the difference to your smile after a tough game!

Crowns or 'caps' are often used to protect a fractured tooth, but can also be used to improve the appearance of heavily filled, or discoloured teeth, and, along with veneers, are commonplace amongst film and TV celebrities. In modern day dentistry, crowns can be constructed from metal, to porcelain, to solid ziconia- and our highly skilled team are constantly keeping us with the latest crown and veneer technology.

Stain Removal

We all experience stained teeth from time to time. Many things present in our daily lifestyles contribute to stained teeth, which is why many patients welcome a visit to our dentists for safe and easy stain removal. A perfect treatment prior to family events such as weddings where the perfect smile has never been so important! its quick, easy and painless!

Tooth Removal

Even with our highly skilled team and passion for keeping teeth healthy- sometimes teeth cannot be repaired, and have to be removed. As many of our patients will tell you- you'll be in safe hands, and can be assured of the best care possible. We offer both routine and complicated dental extractions and will always discuss the options for replacing missing teeth both in the short and long term.

A denture is the simplest, least invasive way to replace 1 or more missing teeth. Although removable, dentures can provide an excellent, affordable way to replace missing teeth, and are common amongst all ages. We provide a wide range of dentures including acrylic, cobalt chrome and also flexible dentures.

Titanium Implants are currently the gold standard in replacing missing teeth. At present we do not directly offer dental implants at our practice, however we work closely alongside a local implantologist to provide this service for our.
